01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "8mbd", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 8mbd platform, its owners, operators, affiliates, and authorised representatives.
• "Platform" means the website accessible at https://8mbd.onl and any associated mobile or desktop applications provided by 8mbd.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 8mbd Platform.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon successful registration on the 8mbd Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency accepted for transactions on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any staking of funds on a casino game outcome, sports event result, or any other gaming activity offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other incentives credited to your account by 8mbd as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times bonus funds or a deposit amount must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process that 8mbd may require users to complete before processing withdrawals or granting full account access.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 8mbd Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 8mbd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on 8mbd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 8mbd strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21. Any user who provides false information to circumvent this age restriction will have their account permanently closed and any funds forfeited.
• You are acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a business, organisation, or any other commercial entity.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 8mbd or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You have not previously had an account on 8mbd closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register that prohibits you from accessing online gambling services.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.

04 Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of 8mbd services, including placing wagers and making withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following provisions govern account registration:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your 8mbd account, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual user is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 8mbd Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using the identity of another person — is strictly prohibited. 8mbd employs device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and document verification to detect and close duplicate accounts. Any balances associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password at all times. You agree to notify 8mbd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 8mbd will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling the two-factor SMS authentication feature available in your account settings.

4.4 KYC and Identity Verification

8mbd operates a risk-based KYC programme. We may require you to submit identity documents — including a valid national identity card, passport, or utility bill — before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

05 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

8mbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in BDT via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where available. All transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits published on the Platform's cashier page, which may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are credited to your 8mbd account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction. 8mbd does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which 8mbd accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours; however, requests subject to KYC review or fraud checks may take longer. 8mbd reserves the right to request documentary evidence before releasing any withdrawal.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in BDT. 8mbd does not accept or process any other currency. Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency via an international card will result in automatic conversion at the rate applied by your card issuer; any shortfall or overage due to exchange rates is your responsibility.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 8mbd are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the wagering requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

8mbd reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence that a user has attempted to abuse any promotional offer. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements (known as "bonus hunting"), using automated betting systems, or engaging in any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional terms.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

8mbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly accepted and in progress, unless the promotion was accepted in error or as a result of a technical fault.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and sports betting markets on the 8mbd Platform are governed by game-specific and sport-specific rules published within each game interface or betting section. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. 8mbd does not accept requests to cancel or amend a placed bet except where expressly permitted under specific game rules.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game session, 8mbd reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes. Where game outcomes have already been definitively determined before the fault occurred, those results will stand.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and may differ between products.
• For live sports betting markets, odds are subject to change in real time. The odds confirmed at the moment you submit your bet are the odds that apply to that wager.
• 8mbd reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single wager or combination of wagers at its sole discretion.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 8mbd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or facilitating access by a minor.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing use.
• Opening or operating more than one account, or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or betting markets in a way that constitutes an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing information or coordinating bets to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in odds pricing for financial gain.
• Depositing funds that are derived from illegal or unauthorised sources, or using the Platform in a manner consistent with money laundering.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 8mbd staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 8mbd Platform's underlying technology.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8mbd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, audio, and video — is the property of 8mbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 8mbd.

Game content on the 8mbd Platform is provided under licence from third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studio and are used by 8mbd under licence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8mbd, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, profit, data, or goodwill;
• Interruption to service caused by technical faults, server downtime, or connectivity issues;
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software malfunctions;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8mbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

8mbd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

We use industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the 8mbd Platform. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Your continued use of the 8mbd Platform after the notified effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your account before the effective date.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 8mbd operates as a platform providing entertainment services to players in Bangladesh and takes its obligations to those players seriously.
